Spoon calipers / JDM 16's dont fit
I just finished installing a set of spoon calipers in my teg. The USDM 15's wheels fit perfectly but the JDM's barely touch. My questions are:
It’s safe to use spacer?
If it is, what size do I need?
I think 5mm would do but I not sure. Thanks for the help in advance.

Here are some pics:

The USDM fit perfect but the JDM's didnt, so I used some washer for temporary use since I'm only driving it twice for some photoshop. After is going for long term parking for RHD.

Don't be ghetto....
Hell, you spent the money on the calipers, buy some real spacers, not washers.....

Lol holy crap dude.
Wrong lugnuts, new tires asap, stake your axle nut (driver side); as others have said you installed the calipers wrong, and I hope you didn't actually stack washers for a wheel spacer LMFAO. Dont post here when your wheel falls off on the freeway cause that would be too fing funny.
Shoulda spent the money on new suspension, or any of a number of things.

Archimedes agrees with this statement.
OP, place a hose over the bleeder end to avoid a mess with the bleeders correctly facing up. How do you ever expect to get a firm pedal with trapped air?
Also, 4-piston calipers are typically directional with smaller and larger pistions. If they are upside down, they are on the wrong side with the incorrect directionality.

Now I would like that thank everyone on telling me the size that I need and also the calipers will be in the correct position soon.
In another note I don't DD this car at all, so I don't put other people in danger with my ghetto spacers lol.
Here's the teg that I'm talking about, many of you know this car already.

glad to see my old calipers in good hands. i never personally used jdm 16's but i had stock 15's starks spoons and enkies and RG's on there with out any clearence issues
I already know all of that, that's why I don't use those wheels. The lugs are buddy club which they work fine with oem wheels. There's no need to stake the axel nut since engine is coming off soon for rhd conversion. And washer are for temporary use so I could take some photos before I do the conversion. And finally, you don't tell me on what to spend my money on. I already have something lined up for my suspension. Also next time don't comment like you know everything on this situation.
