Default Looking to clean up my motor

wanted to know if anyone knew what was best spraypaint for painting the motor and tranny so it looks like stock color.

I use silver caliper paint. it makes it look like new. plus its high temp and if oil or anything gets on it, it wipes right off.

get the engine enamel that they sell at any parts store, autozone, advance. get the duplicolor engine enamel, the color is aluminum, looks really good

i just get it from autozone. I believe its duplicolor. It comes out really nice and is the only paint ive ever seen hold up to the heat and chemicals.

ive seen people spray theres black, dont know if they did it right or not but from what ive seen regular paint wont stick to it it just flakes off, i would suggest just cleaning the **** out of it or sand blasting it

i wouldn't paint the intake manifold. i use purple power and a toothbrush and scrub it goo and rinse it off with water. it comes out like brand new

u need VERY high temperature ceramic coated paint

for headers if ur painting ur manifold

i clean mine with purple power( haha love clean **** with this stuff? and then i use brake clean to rinse everything off. tape anything off you dont want painted after that just paint away.
