The article that BiG ChOr!Zo posted will work for the most part, however, you will need to wire your car for MPFI since you are currently dual point.

Go here, do the MPFI swap, you HAVE to use your stock engine harness and modify it as this is the easiest way unless you want to tear out your whole under dash harness and replace everything with an Si underdash and engine harness.
Use the pm6 ECU however you will not be able to run VTEC without a RPM activated switch for VTEC to engage, such as MSD.
This swap is not a take off the head put the new one on kind of thing, it's a little more involved than that. You might want to take a step back and read the link that I and the other guy posted.

dude dont use a pm6 get a p28 and convert to obd1
do it propely do some research there is TONSSSS and i mean TONS of information out there for mini me swaps build or buy a obd0-obd1 harness (ex. www.rywire.com)
"if your gonna do something do it right, dont cheap out" in my opinion
the wiring in a mini me isnt to bad if(and you should) go the p28/obd1 way you wont need to technically wire in vtec but you will have to wire up the vtec it simple and then wire up your 4 wire o2 sensor check out that rywire place and ull see
