To which IM are you referring? Posting a link would be beneficial to all.

Wouldnt benefit all motor. It might give a little power on a FI setup....But then again. I'd rather send my stock manifold to Blacktrax to get it worked on...

If you're talking about the OBX intake. DONT DO IT. The install sucks! The manifold sits too low. It hits the lower motor mount bracket. grinding required. Fabrication of the throttle cable bracket and all the sensors required. The throttle body interfered with the fan switch. The manifold flange hits the EGR passage on the head. And it killed all my torque. Good power from 8000 rpm to 15000 rpm! LOL But it looked good.

Its a POS for sure. OBX doesn't make very good parts in general. I'd avoid buying anything of their make. Euro R or keep your stock one and have it "worked" as mentioned above. Our stock IMs are decent.

where is the best place to find the euro R and will it work on both the H22 and 23 heads? I will be doing a swap shortly and dont want to have any issues.

Euro R does not work for H23 head....like I said. If you want a serious IM for the H23 send it to Blacktrax and have them spec you one out....

well I was thinking of getting another 23 mani and porting it and taking out the butterflies, but I am not really into spending money on things I cant use once I get the 22 head swapped on.

If you plan on swapping a H22 head on in the future then why bother with an IM for the head you have now?

the skunk2 is an IM geared, again, for NA not boost. just keep that in mind.

i had a similar experience as the guy above with the OBX mani. just do a quick search on here and there's actually a few threads on that OBX/eBay mani. its truly not worth the time and effort to get it working. plus, as was said, its more of a boost friendly IM.

I'm not thinking about boosting.... The sol is pretty fast as is, I just need to get it tuned and running the way it should, I will most likely get an LSD pretty soon though. I am planning on making more of a track car out of this than a HP monster. I am hoping for more of a throttle response and acceleration than anything. Can anyone give me a link to a thread or how to for porting the stocker? Can I just remove the IAB's and all the lines to it as a start? Is there any benefit from it at all? I read on some accord forums (dont ask) that it's better to just leave it alone. I would rather take it out if possible though.

How does the IACV bolt onto it? Any pics of the install or of it installed?

Hmmm, anything you don't like about it? is it a pretty straight forward install? good NA IM? would you recommend the skunk2 over it? does the skunk 2 bolt onto the h23 with no problems?
