i got to ref my car in california and i want to know from other ppl what intake they use that fit in ef hatch. i have both integra DA oem intake and CARB Legal intake. the oem one will not fit so i bought a carb legal one. the carb legal one almost didn't fit, but i had to force it in. I had to make the end of pipe where filter is at and shove the pipe all the way to the end of inside filter. On the other end the intake pipe had to be over the throttle and the throttle body sits inside the pipe. also will this be able to pass smog like this explained aboved?

I need to know if there is another intake that i could use. THX.

i never refed a car but when i had a ls swap i used a stock da intake tube and the stock ef air box but i had to trim the tube on the box and use a hose clamp to keep it on.

 

i got my ls reffed with a 91 integra aem short ram.had to cut a little at both ends

 

Exactly what I did. Just do this and you will be fine.

 

did the car pass smog? This year is my Test Only smog test so I got to ref it.
