i want to install a 92 f22 engine into a 90 accord. are they both obd1 systems? what all would i have to change. was just doing some research before i bought this engine and u guys always seem to know bout things like this! thanks for any help!

 

if you reuse your manifolds and distributor guarantee nothing needs to be changed ...i know some years came with an external coil dist. and different intake manifolds on the EX, which i think was the only one with an oil cooler contraption at the filter location... fit and function are otherwise identical for all 90-93.

90-93 engines will directly swap over. as stated before, the f22a6 ex engine has a different intake manifold, it has secondarys which would need to be wired up if you choose to use them.
