Because last time I check my V-tech Phone don't take any kind of fluid to operate.. ;-D,;-D,;-D,;-D,;-D,;-D

Vtec fluid? It goes in the reservoir right next to the blinker fluid reservoir.
Don't forget to top off the blinker fluid. Everyone forgets that.
