So I just dropped a new engine in my da. I did it without pulling the trans.. for some reason, I have no pressure on my clutch now that everything is back together. I can move the clutch lever on the trans back and forth like nothing is attached to it(yes the cable is attached). I've checked my fluid levels and they are all fine, but for some reason I still have no clutch at all.


Keep in mind I haven't gotten the motor to fire(I'm having coil issues). Is it possible it wont build pressure til once it starts? I honestly dont know, I'm a jeep guy, not a honda guy.

Any ideas at all?

 

u missed something, the clutch fork or something internal, ur gonna have to pull it back off and figure out whats going on

 

Yea i did some calling around and my honda guru buddy informed me that it's most likely the throwout bearing. Looks like I'm pullin the trans tonight. Wish me luck guys.l
