Rear upper control arms 99 Civic DX
The stock uppers scratch the inner part of my wheels, and I dont wanna get spacers
I have not heard good things about "eBay special" parts. and have already looked there, and to get uppers they come with lowers.........
would JDM or Skunk or whoever have what I'm looking for????

You're going to either have to get spacers, which involves getting new studs pressed in.... or get a different offset in wheels.
The aftermarket upper control arms arent going to be of any use to you since the part you are rubbing on is the mount for the control arm that is on the trailing arm. I have almost the same problem where my wheel weights actually hit that point. The only way to solve this is the 2 options above.
What are your wheel specs? I have 15X7 with a +35 offset.

I do remember grinding some off when I was trying to mount them on the car as it was not letting me get the wheel on
Like I said though. You're going to have to run spacers w/ extended studs to get enough lug nut bite, or change wheels. Spacers and studs will be cheaper, but I'm almost 100% sure that's gonna be your only option besides getting rid of the wheels.
I'm stumped. LOL. I would think with a wheel that narrow, that you wouldn't have a problem. That offset is high though which could have something to do with it.

your right, with $850 in wheels and tires they are not goin away anytime soon
where should I get extended studs and spacers? what size would I need?
Just pick up some ARP extended studs. Spacers, I'm not sure. I bought them from a local speed shop by my house. Just make sure you get spacers that are hub-centric so you're wheels fit correctly. I think Eibach makes a nice set. You can get most of this stuff online or have a local speed shop order it for you.
