Default Coilover/Shock Compatibility

Greetings! I just have a quick question. My brother has a 94 Civic Sedan with a set of coilovers (sorry, I don't know the brand or anything) which he offered to me for $100. I have a 95 Del Sol Si.

I am wondering if these coilovers would be compatible, AND if I can swap my stock shocks onto his car so he can still drive it. (he's hoping to sell it for parts)

Thanks!

Thanks for all the replies! We're probably going to try to install/swap them this weekend. We'll see how it goes.
