Default Would you trade your car for the newer version?

I have a 96 EK and I got a chance to check out my friends 2002 si hatchback, and I wasnt impressed. I MUCH perfer my older hatch I just think it looks much cleaner outisde and inside. Here are some things I liked and didnt like

Liked
-K20!
-Very nice seats
-Nice steering wheel
-push button start

Didnt like
-The shifter is in a weird position
-Everything feels "plasticy"
-The car looks alot like the fit which is very ugly IMO
-The whole dash looks lame IMO.
-The headlights look terrible

(these arent pics of his car, just pics off google)

So I would NOT trade my EK for a newer hatchback, would you trade your car for the newer version?

Older hondas just feel alot better to drive IMO they seem more durable, it's hard to explain.

I would never trade or sell my 94' hatch to get a newer Honda. I actually sold an 05' civic so I could get the 94' and I don't regret it at all.

haha...i have always wanted to ask this question on HT. yes...the 5th and 6th gen honda civics are DEF the best. But my friend has one of the newer HB Si's as well...and i DO NOT like it at all!!! there is nothing in that car i like...K20?? its the wEaK 5spd. now one of the NEWER coupe or 4door Si's are pretty cool...but i still would not trade my 95 for one.

I would trade my 98 for a 92-95. If the new one had no miles I would trade, just because its worth more than my 98.

muff that. i would like to have a 92-00 chassic civic, but i'm really not a fan of the ep3's. they look like pregnant rollerskates and have the crappiest k-series offered. vtec only on the intake cam ftl!

Those 5th Gen. '92-'95 Si are really, really hard to come by nowadays!!! Some people that have them DON'T want to sell it. So, I'm keeping mine for now, until Japan imports those NEW Civic Type-R Hatchies here.
