hopped in my ef this morning and the rpm dial on the gauge didnt go up in the lower rpms..it looks like the dial is just sitting sittin there limp...and the speed gauge isnt working checked the fuses but there fine. When i redlined 1st gear the dial went up to like 3000!?!..if anyone can help id appreciate it.

check speedometer cable for the speed gauge...if you need one i got one for sale...!!!

 

i believe it read your rpm junction to the dizzy. possible the gauage is going out. my speedo was pouncing up and down, and it is old and boring so i end up swap it out with 99 civic gauge cluster. but u should swap it out with a working one and see if the problem fix, if swap out the dizzy with another friend crx, civic... if the problem still there, then its wiring. but your speedo its control by cable vss, and rpm control by electronic. 92 and up is control by both electronics
