Default A couple lug nut questions.

I'm picking up a set of konig heliums, so I know i'll need conical lug nuts. From there on is where I'm confused.

1. open vs. closed? are open lugs only for extended studs?
2. what length do i want? would these work?

thanks.

1) Not only for extended studs, but that is the reason they exist.

2) Yes those will work, as long as Heliums use a standard 60* taper seat.

Closed lugs protect the studs from corroding, look better and weigh a little more. The perfect (shortest you can use) nut length would depend on the wheels but those are plenty long enough.
