Hey HT-Type R Peeps,

I hate to do this but, I tired to resolve this issue with Lucky-R of paying him $750 for his Super Mint Mugen Front Strut Bar and he promised to sent it and or give me my money back....and still nothing. I sent completed payments of 6/11/09 on 6/18/09 through paypal. We have been back and forth with emails of when he's shipping it, last contact was 7/26/09 saying he'll ship this week or refund my money.

I have emailed, pm'd, and in good will and faith given him chances to correct it.

I'm not trying to create any drama or what ever.

Arnold, please give my money back. Thank You, your stand up guy and i brought from you before, but this is not right with the emails and promises.

If you know Arnold, please talk to him, I know he's going through some family stuff (I have more than understanding of it).

I have already did a paypal dispute and etc.

This guy must want his e-dick sucked hard. I don't know if anyone has noticed this, but the 1st generation Mugen parts are always inferior to the 2nd gen. But if he just wants his e-dicked sucked, he should have just bought some wide wheel, low offsets, put a phaze2 sticker on his car and posted in the Appearance forum.

Spending $750 on a strut bar is plain stupid, and I kinda hope Arnold doesn't send him it just because the guy's an idiot for buying it.

 

I would be super pissed if someone posted about me like that on here. Lucky R is a widely known H-T member it's very unlikely that he would want to ruin his reputation for $750. Get real. Additionally I'm not sure if you're aware but according to the law, making information about debts owing public in a manner such as this actually negates the debt. Legally, he doesn't owe you jack now although I'm sure he'll come through for you even after these shenanigans. Congratulations, all you did was make yourself look like a dick to the whole community. I doubt anyone on here will ever want to sell anything to you ever again.

Regardless what it is, how much he paid, etc. I think the guy just wants either the part or his money back.

anh, what can i say...im keeping the bar. i dont need your 750 after this stunt. you made our private deal a very public one when all you had to do was talk to me man to man. instead, you sent me emails with threats of a paypal dispute without even asking why things are on hold or taking a while. i am sorry, it took me longer than usual to send stuff out due to my dad getting surgery last month and me on edge everyday trying to find a job because i got laid-off with anxiety and worry on tap. but hey, its okay, enough excuses...just dont forget that we had honest deals in the past and it was YOU who asked to buy my tower bar and offer for it. last thing i want to do is scam ANYONE here, especially since i was burned once and lost good money over a fcuked up deal online. im a religious guy and i had good feelings about you, a fellow Christian. i cant believe you lost your faith at the first sign of being tested. there are some good people left out there.

your money is on its way via certified mail thru a postal money order. im not gonna mess up your life and mine over 750. do you know someone bought stuff from me at the same time as you for $2300? they sent it thru postal money order with NO collectable proof they ever bought anything from me...not like paypal. that guy had faith and trust to send me that kind of money thru a money order...its as good as cash. he knew i would ship his stuff and never made threats...under the same circumstances as above, i sent them a little late, but he's happy now. if i wanted to burn anyone, why you? sorry bro, i had your bar ready to ship, but this put a sour taste in my mouth...i think its best i give you a refund and we leave it as is.

i have the tracking numbers...but i wont be a dick and make it public. its 'our' info, just like this deal was supposed to be private.
