Default I want to do a Turbo Ls in a Crx, and I want to use a smaller stock turbo to get alot of low end tq.

Anyone have any similar suggestions I wanna to have alot of pull downlow and run maybe a max of 10psi. I am doing this more as a side project/daily beater. I just want to see how much downlow umph I can get out of a non-vtec 1.8. I have a 96 b16 Turbo Hatch that i am going all out show and race and just a bad *** car. But I want the crx to just drive and get some all around usuable power out of. I would love to see your cars and your set ups.

Easier said than done.... A T3 from the SVO stangs, turbo T-birds, Merkurs would prolly do well. I'm fairly sure all of the above have a .63 a/r exaust housing so they may spool up a little slower than what you're looking for. I think the turbo SAAB's have .48 a/r exaust housings, those would prolly do be better for what you're looking for. If you're looking for a garret style turbo that is, if you're looking for a mistu turbo, the 14b off the 1st gen ecplise is about the only thing I can recommend...

Saab or Volvo T3, that's what I'll be using....big enough for good top end flow, but small enough so it spools quick, and they require no special compressor inlet/outlet flanges like 14bs and other T3s (like the chrysler ones).
