I recently purchased a Honda Civic DX to use as a daily driver, I have one too many cars right now and it has to go.

Make: Honda
Model: Civic DX
Mileage: 14x,xxx miles
Transmission: 5 Speed Manual

The good:
Brand new tires
Tabs valid till May 2010
It's a Honda so its bullet proof
It runs great

The bad:
Some interior pieces need to be replaced (window cranks / front door cards)
It was rear ended and some body pieces were replaced with black pieces.
The replacement body parts don't line up 100% but they look close enough from 15 feet away, they just aren't colored match.

Mod list that I'm aware of:
Greddy Exhaust (Also have the stock exhaust, just haven't put it back on yet)
Short Shifter
Intake
Reverse Indiglow gauges
Projector headlights

I know that a lot of you guys have the parts laying around to fix up the little things and make it into a decent daily driver.

I'm not sure about the whole cash for clunkers thing, but this car might be eligible as well?

it looks like it has a sunroof! is that a oem sunroof?

 

I don't belive its oem, dx's never had sunroofs. It does look like a ex clone though with the pass side mirror, sunroof, and the ex badge on the trunk, but its a dx you can tell. Oem sunroofs never had those lil bumps on the glass like this one.


Mod's should also include fender lights/side markers.

 

Yeah it's an aftermarket sunroof I think.

I know jack !@#$ about Honda's so I'm not sure what model came with what.

I do know that the sunroof doesn't leak.

 

is it vtec? does it have a tac? is it a power sun roof or do you have to flip it up by hand? that will tell you if its a dx/ex.

 

no vtec, no tac, no power sun roof.

It's a DX I do know, the trunk is deff from an EX though.

My apartment manager's aren't too happy with the extra cars and I could really use cash sooner than later

 

for sure, good luck with sale I assume you have it on craigslist to huh? if not throw it on there. Put it in the portland one to and around other countys it should go quick for that milage and price.
