How to Thread for brakes???
Honda brakes require like 5 tools. 12mm, 14mm, 17mm wrenches, caliper piston compressor or big channel locks (my preference), and a screwdriver to remove the two screws on the rotor. You may find that the screws are baked in tight and this will require a good whack with a ball pean hammer, the round side.
Step 1: raise front end and remove tires.
Step 2: remove 14mm or 12mm bolt from bottom of caliper.
Step 3: swing caliper up and slide off.
Step 4: Remove 17mm bolts on caliper bracket
Step 5: Remove screws on outside of rotor. (whack em first, the never just come out)
Wiggle it and pop it off. If you need to hit it with a hammer, don't hit the braking surface
Reasembly: Compress caliper piston and reverse order of removal.
It may also be beneficial to clean any rust from where the edges of the pads sit. In some instances this rust can cause noise
