Default wheels fitment question for a 95 integra

Will a 16x7.5 and 16x8.5 with an offset of +14 fit on an integra????

With added camber, massive lowering, and rolled and pulled fenders, yes.

However, you won't find a tire that will safely mount on a 16x8.5 that is the correct diameter for an Integra.

Why even consider such inappropriately sized wheels for the car?

TunerNoob is correct. The best 16" tire sizes for an Integra are 205/45-16, which can safely be mounted only on wheels 6.5-7.5 inches wide, and 215/45-16, which can only be mounted safely on 7.0-8.0 inch widths. Mounting either size on 16x8.5 is unsafe. Get 16x7 or 16x7.5, both of which can be used for either tire size.
