Default RPMs bouncing in First Gear

So i've been having this problem when the car is in first, the rpms bounce or bog i guess a lot. Starts off fine to 2,200, then it hops up to 2.700 and then bogs down to 2,500 then jumps back up to 3,000 and so on.

It only happens in first, and happens pretty fast.

Anyone have any insight on what it could be?

Thanks in Advance!

Nah, idle is fine.
When i rev it in nuetral it's good, idle is good no bouncing at all @1,200RPMs warmed.
It only happens in first gear, when i step on the gas while it's going up in rpms it will bog several times but when i put it into 2nd-3rd-4th-5th it is perfect.

All grounds seem to be good, injectors are all working good, distributor is rebuilt.

The thing that weirds me out is that it ONLY happens in first gear.
