It should, you might have to do a little triming to your radiator support, But I installed a ic about the same size and all I had to do was trim some of the plastic on the backside of the grill. But I still have the full grill. Then I cut some of the metal on each side of the radiator to make a hole and did a backdoor style with a 90* coupler on each side.
