im thinking of getting a crx long block head, just need to know if it will fit my d16a1

If you are taking about putting the d16a1 head on the crx long block then no, it wont. the a1 came out of the tegs and you can swap the whole engine but its a little bit of work to do, but it can be done.

no it won't work either way, just take the zc out and put it in your car. or find you a vtec d series head and put it on yours.
