i have a 96 accord ex with a cracked head. i was wondering if i could swap the vtec head to non vtec without any problem. i've tried to look for a vtec head but couldn't any. its just a daily driver and i just want to make run. thanks for any help.

 

you'll need the ecu too.. otherwise it will a throw a code for not being able to go into vtec.

 

Is it automatic or manual

yes the blocks on the two are the same. just make sure to get the right ecu
