just wondering would i get hassled by cops if i get my hood popped and i have aem short ram intake and dc sport headers magnaflow exhaust not a fart can sounds clean not loud?im in cali car looks really clean 95 civic coupe?

 

if you have c.a.r.b. legal sticker on your intake and headers you're fine. exhaust I hear so many things, I guess it really depends on the cop.

 

If your exhaust note exceeds 95db(decibals) then the police will most likely bother you. I pretty much have the same thing in my car except the exhaust and the police doesn't bother me. It's way safer to have Carb legal stickers on your mods, if not the police most likely will give you a fix it ticket or something like that. But, that's how it goes up here in the Bay Area, don't know about LA.

 

magnaflow's are super loud and sound ricey as hell. You will def get bothered with that. You need a quiet exhaust since someone said its 95db limit.

 

aem and dc are ok if u have the CARB legal sticker/numbers on them.... Exhaust usually depends on the cop.. Just dont floor it when your next to one!

 

you should be ok with the intake and headers, exhuast your pushing it.
