idle problem?95 civic

i have a 95 civic and the idle jumps alot in the morning when i turn the car on and its cold once it gets warm it stops doing it what can it be??

Start by cleaning the FITV on the throttle body. Click here.

Is the CEL ON? Is the coolant level low in the radiator?

could it be cuz my radiator is running more water than antifreeze?
