they are by the driver side headlights.

also need help with my headlights. my low beams don't work but my high beams do. i am not getting 12v signal to the power(?) wire, the red/ylw 2 black dot wire.

i know they go into the car but i cant see where they go once they enter the firewall.

i dont have the washer pump in so it might be. the 2 wires are spliced into 2 speaker wires or somethin.

which i think is the horn. but seeing as my horn dont work i dont know

 

those are the wires that are used to adjust timing. plug in a wire, paper clips or something like that and loop it from one end to the other. in 90+ honda's they are under the dashboard on hte passenger side. and on 90+ you jump it and you CEL flashes on your dashboard like on your ecu

 

as for the headlights your lucky i had the same problem with my crx 1hr 30min ago. the wires for the driver side are located in the loom that goes over the shock tower. you can tap both low beams to the same wire.

 

wait do you mean the signal lights? cuz the low beam wires dont work. so what wire would i tap into??
