how much paint is needed to paint a eg hatch? and how much clear coat should i buy? i was thinking half gallon of paint( milano red) after mixing its about a gallon would that be enough? and clear coat same thing half gallon after mixing it will be about 1 gallon correct?

 

it depends how much you wanna paint men if u are paintin also interiors & where the motor is its like 1 gallon of paint +thinner+ hardener & clear coat it depends the brand :O but i think with one gallon of paint its enough :D!

 

I wouldn't go crazy, but get a little more than you think you need
just to be on the safe side. You can use it for touch-ups later on
down the road.

 

engine bay is already painted, im just painting outside of car. and im thinking about doing flat black now..... anything i should know of about flat black??? do i clear it still or leave it?? any help id appreciate it.

 

I Think 3 liters its ok for the outside emm about the clear hell yeah you have to buy clear theres a DUPONT flat clear (I Sale That One On My PaintShop) & believe me its a BIG BIG difference with FLAT CLEAR I Havent seen that kind of paint on streets but in pics that sh*t itts good
