hey im new here and i have had sum fogs but havent been able to put em on... need help i have a 99 civic ex coupe

 

i know for sure take off your front bumper and you'll see the out line for the foglights, just use a drill for the hole and a jigsaw, must have steady hand, also theres a blue connector in the engine bay u plug in, and the other pluyg goes to underneth the dash i think is #5 im not sure.

i found the 1 next to the p/s but not under the steering coulmn

 

on the link i send you dont worry about page 7-10 u dont need to do all that stuff, just plug it in the under the dasboard,

 

Ya def. take of the bumper, its way easier. Just make sure you dont cut too much out and DONT CUT OUT THE SCREW MOUNTS for the fog lights out of the rear of the bumper!
