Default 96 ex 4 door problems

Just bought the car yesterday I knew the guy that had it before me. He has had the car since day 1.. first problem a/c went out all of a sudden nothing was touched or changed since i picked it up yesterday. I found the problem being the condenser fuse 20a blowing i think it's 56 fuse. I swap it out it blows again almost as soon as it cuts on.. Just to check it I swapped it for a 30A fuse and it worked and run fine for about 3 minutes then popped again blew cold air and all. I found another thread on this problem and he ended up replacing the condenser fan. Second issue is the power windows. The drivers side used to roll down every now and then and now it don't roll down at all also same for passenger side. But the passenger controls work fine. The master switch has been replaced by an OEM unit with the same results. Is there a control module that controls the windows separately like an ecu type deal?

A/C - Check for grounded out power wire on your a/c fan. Also, get a test light and touch the body of the fan, if it lights up, then it's grounded out internally and you can either replace the fan or take it apart and dink around with it.

Windows - Remove the power window master switch, then test power to the switch. I've seen the door connections come unplugged before. That'll be your starting point, follow the power source from there.

I tried just unplugging the fan all together and it still blew it. I'm going to take it to my brother in-laws shop let them figure it out I'll report back with results for both because from what i've read a few people have had this problem.

Wiring harness was cause of windows problem. Connection loose broken off.. Compressor was cause of other problem. clutch coil pulling too much amperage causing the fuses to fry.. Should be back on the road in a week

I had this exact same issue with the fuse. It was a bad compressor in my application and I also had to replace the condensor fan that did not work.

Luckily I only have to replace the compressor. It was crazy how it all of sudden just stopped working.
