b20 fuel pressure

Default b20 fuel pressure

what is the fuel pressure suposed to be at on a b20? when idle its at 50psi n when i take the vac line off it jumps to 60. is that 2 high? i have a golden eagle pro series fuel rail with adjustable regulator but idk how to adjust one of them(bought the car with it)what psi should it be at. im trying to fix my mpg problem

way too high.
at idle with vacuum line should be around 37-39psi

i put it down to 37 an i had no throttle response an it was bogging. so i turned it up to a little over 40 an it seems fine for right now.
