wierd idle

Default wierd idle

ok sooo right when i start my car it idles fine. then after i get going for a while and come to a stop light. it goes from 1 to 2 repeadely until i take off but if i put it in neutral while im going and let off the gas it doesnt do that. any ideas

it can be your ICM (ignition control module), it'll bounce your RPM's. unless its your EGR or TPS sensor.

most likely it's a vacuum leak. start cold engine and listen to any air leaks around various places. When engine warms upto op.temp, that is when you'll most likely experience idle bounce. Rev up motor at this time to hear any abnormal sounds, also don't forget to feel around areas with your hands for abnormalities in air travel.
