Some sites say that this part is the same for EP3 and DC5, but I'm not sure ( maybe JDM only ). One guy bought this Airbox from a JDM DC5 and it doesn't fit his LHD EP3, it's too big. I have the LHD EP3 Type-R and I think I should go with that part:

EP3 [ 17200-XK2-K1S0 ]

To the DC5 I found this:

DC5 [ 17200-XK5-K0S0-B2 ]

I think the first one should fit, I saw the Civic Si EP on kingmotorsports and it has this Airbox installed.

i would say sure it should,
but anywho i found the one you need, 17200-XK2-K1S0, so yes the one u listed that you think you should go with is correct.

 

u need 10mm socket a long extension and posibly a screwdriver for the worm bands..remove, replace.

 

LoL thanks... maybe the fitting problems are with RSX only.

 

its nice an easy, just move stuff, and go slow.. it will be done painlessly in no time.
