Got a deal, well I think its a deal. Theres a 4 dr 98 integra at a car lot for $3200. Now its got a JDM B18C motor full DC header back exhaust, Injen CAI, Skunk2 intake mani,Hasport motor mounts, Apexi vtec controller, tokico struts on skunk2 coil overs, Blox LCA's. Low mileage, 65xxx miles. Now, the car is leaking oil bad so he said I could have the car for $2000 cash. It looks like its leaking from the head/dizzy area. My question is, is it worth the money? I would be swapping in my EF Hatch and then swapping my LS back into the 4dr. The teg also has full black leather interior and its pretty mint. Thanks for any advance. Keep in mind, Ill have to get another harness for the LS.

Basically, Im asking if the complete swap is worth the price? Carfaxing it wouldnt matter since I wont be driving the teg, the LS would go in it to either sell or give to my girlriend to drive.

Well see its not really my money thats being spent. It's my girlfriends dads money. She would want to drive the teg after the LS is in it. But I'm wondering if the swap its self is worth the 2g's even with having to replace the head gasket?

 

The swap is more than worth the money. If the oil leak is around the dizzy/vtec solenoid replace the distributor O-ring,the exhaust cam seal and vtec solenoid gasket and you should be good to go.
