im buying a k series motor for my crx but i want to know! the guy at the shop told me he only has a complete k20a3 and i would like to know if those motors are any good!?

 

In my opinion they're ok. they've got some power, but seem to be the black sheep of the K series. They don't have as much aftermarket support as the A2's or the K24's, but they will definately move your CRX.
You always could get this if it's a good price, do the swap, then down the road pick up a K24 for cheap and put that in the rex. Those will strait make you fly! I know a guy who put one in an EM2 and his car is wicked fast.

 

well the guy is giving me everything for 2000 so i dont know if thast a good price!! im new in the whole kseries stuff!!!

 

yeah that's a STEAL. what's wrong w it?? that's less than what most good b series swaps go for (good as in c1 and c5)
