Default 94 Accord Speedometer/Electical problems?

Ok guy's i'm new here so please cut me some slack.

I have googled this subject and searched this forum and have yet to find anything concrete about my specific problem so I was hoping you friendly folks could help a brotha out.

Allright I bought my 1994 Honda Accord two months ago. It was all riced out and the stereo electrical system had been thrashed. This gen Hon Accord has always been my favorite and I finally got a hold of what seemed like a mechanically sound deal. So now to my problem.

A couple weeks after the purchase the alternator went out, had the regular flashing battery light, so I got it tested and the mechanic said the alt was bad. I got an alt and installed it myself. Everything was fine until this week.

One night driving home my lights were dimming horribly and my battery light came on, but this time it was a very fast paced flickering. Took it to the shop next day got it tested, said the battery was bad. And (stupid me for not noticing) it was too small.

Ok so now new bat new alt everything is running fine. Oh I almost forgot another important part. The mechanic also said one of the speed sensors is bad and my cruise control linkage cable is going out. So tonight this is what happens.

I'm on the highway and my speedmometer starts going wild my battery light is flashing in the fast flickr way, the D4 symbol that signifies my car is in drive on the gauge cluster is flashing, and my engine is losing power. It can still maintain highway speed but cannot accelerate worth a crap.

So to recap, new Alternator, new Battery, Broken VSS(or so the mechanic says), and broken Cruise Control Linkage Cable. My cars Battery Light flashes very quickly, the D4 light on my guage cluster flashes, my Speedometer goes out of control, and I lose Engine Power.

I'm rolling the SOHC Non-Vtec F22b motor. I'm an ametuer mechanic but as far as these problems go I am really lost. Got any ideas?
