Default Leaky Tailights

Does anybody know of a quick and easy way of sealing up the tail lights on a 5th gen prelude without having to buy new gaskets

'Euro-Style' Altezza taillights ? ..OEM taillights should not leak. Every now and then you find an OEM taillight that leaks, but thats 1 out of more than 500. To properly seal a taillight you would have to open them up first, if you don't want to do that then buy a new set.

you dont need pictures to do this. Stick taillights in oven at 320 degrees for 8 minutes. The reason you want to do this is to melt the existing sealant for ease of seperating back housing from front lens. Then remove all of old sealant, find OEM-grade sealant, apply, place taillights back together, hold them together with c-clamp style tool, use like 6 of them all around taillight to hold closed, stick back in oven at 320 degrees for about 8 minutes, Done. Easier to buy new taillights, but it's your call.

Go to a craft store and buy some foam sheets. Trace your old gasket onto the new foam sheet and cut it out. You then have a new gasket.
