Default GSR hydro case fits on b16 hydro trans?

My b16 hydro trans case is cracked and leaking badly because my friend dropped it So I was wondering if a GSR case would fit on the b16 trans. If not then I can just put the b16 gears into the Gsr trans right?

The hydro cases are all interchangable. If it's the bellhousing that you're changing make sure to take the cups for the open bearing diff out before putting the B16 diff in(it has closed bearings).

Do as stated above. Also check mainshaft and diff bearing clearance since they are pretty quick and easy to do. Two shims, if needed, only cost $15-20. Cheap insurance.

Mainshaft needs to be shimmed. Just putting it in and making sure it spins doesn't work.
