d15b on y8 head in a 97 hatch will it start with obd2 ecu?

Well i bought this motor from this kid tonight since this motor is a d15 on the bottom and the d16 has a crank positioning sensor on the bottom will this car start without one or do i need to run an obd1 ecu?

the harness that came with the car looks obd1 i 3 clips would be near the drivers side shock tower? WOuld that be obd1?

i cant believe no one knows the answer to this do i need to run a jumper harness and a p28 ecu for this engine to run in a 97 hatch?
