Ill start with prepairing the engine bay so when the swap arrives we can just drop it in.

As you can see it is nasty so we better get it cleaned up and ready for paint.

I got all th rubber plug's pulled out. I swear their is about 1000 of them they are lurking in every corner.

If you ook close you can see where someone hacked off the mount on the crossmember. Ill drill the spot welds and remove the rest of the mount.

Pulled the fenders off so I wont have any tape lines or any primer showing if you look under the lip of the fender.

Yeah we wont be useing this little master.

We are upgrading to a 1" bore. May not seem like much of a differance but, trust me it is.

1" bore master off of a 98 spec jdm type r

jdm yo

Swap just came in...

Let not forget the cluster... Possibly putting this 98 spec jdm type r cluster in 8.5 DAMN

UPDATE 7/31/09
Full gsr brake set up.

Isnt that sexy? Front wheel stand's in the near future.

Finishing up the edges where I welded the holes where the front mount was and then we decided that we would get the full race traction bars that take the place of the cross member. They will serve 2 purposes. 1 They will obviously help with traction and wheel hop 2 It will look alot cleaner....
