funny that u say that i did the same thing to my ef, but i have to tap the relay multiple time then it turn on>>>> dont ask why it douse that but it works for me.........my also does not make a click, i just tap and go ......lol

yes the pump i did get from ebay but i tested the pump before i put it in and it is stronger than the oem one was, i have a ground from valve cover to frame and neg cable to tranny and i have another one on the fuel pump a lil black wire ground
and did you ground the main harness .. it usually gets grounded right above the thermostat.

If you do not have the wiring harness bolted to the thermostat housing the car WILL NOT start. Because it is not grounded. We swapped a GSR in my friends ef and he forgot that part.
i did forget to put the thermostat ground but it still did not start, i also had a broken wire on my round dizzy plug still did not start i tried the kingcu90 method and it started so i had 2 bad main relays bought a new one at autozone and it fired right up thank for the help

Same thing happened to me. I've got an ODB1 LS swap in my 91 hatch.
I replaced Main relay, ECU, distributor , Fuel pump. Nothing worked.. checked all my fuses with a multimeter and it said they were fine. I finally got fed up and replaced every fuse on the entire car ~$50 from autozone and BAM... FUEL AND SPARK.. just my 2 cents.

i finally got my car started and its running however i think i need to redo my valves because thee is a slight chatter from the valve cover, im also throwing a obd1 code 14
