Actually, "all" 94+ Integra seats sit lower and are a big time upgrade from the crappy oem EM1 seats. I have 2001 GS seats in my EM1, what an upgrade, it's night and day, plus you get about 1 1/2 inches extra head room. Here's a pic i took from my phone when i was swapping them.....then the finished install

My roommate was 6'8" and had no issues with the seat height... I'm not quite sure why you would want to do this... Unless you can fabricate something yourself, you might have to go with some type of aftermarket seat/rail combination...
probally longer legs. i'm 6'3" and my friend is 6'6" and when sitting down i'm a little taller and he has his seat so far back i can hardly touch the pedals. At 6'3" I found my head to be way too close to the roof in my 96 EX coupe. I was going to cut the factory rails and weld them back up you can get maybe an inch of drop by doing that. Rather I upgraded all together and bought S2000 seats and now i'm sitting real low and I love it. If your like 5'10 and under you might not see over the gauge cluster part of the dashboard lol I love them though plenty of head room now
You can just bolt the DC seats directly into the EK, they will fit perfectly with three bolts. The bigger (inner rear) bolt won't bolt in, which means if you crash it's gonna tweak your rails--there are pics out there. So don't crash.
When I put integra seats in my ek all I did was put in the three bolts that actually line up, and for the one that didn't I cut off a bit at the end of the rail then used the regular bolt but with a big washer. Everything is fine and the seat is really tight.
I seppose if I crashed hard the seat might twist or move a little bit, but it would have to be pretty hard and it wouldn't move enough to cause any injury.
