Dirty has the right answer here. Super quick answers to get the ball rolling:
Big:
-Evo3/EvoL/EvoXL(?)
-Upsized aluminum seat, Kirkey, Ultrashield, etc.
Small:
-Pro2000 (sort of)
-Evo (sort of)
-Anything JDM. Seriously. Those Japanese people are tiny.
-Undersized aluminum seat, also Kirkey, Ultrashield, etc. I briefly owned one that I was WAY too big to get in, and I have a 33" waist.
Also note that most professional seat manufacturers publish dimensions on their websites.

I personally use a Ultrashield Pro Road Race Seats (although I think they have changed the name of the seat) I love them, it never fails that people see them and state "how uncomfortable they must be" that is until they go for a ride. So don't overlook the aluminum seats.
just my $.02
