Default Skunk2 Full Coilovers

Has anyone used or heard anything about Skunk2 Full Coilovers? Good or Bad? Smoove or Harsh? Slammed or Just Low? Worth the Money? Reliable or Peice of Crap? I got someone that wants to trade for my old Tein springs and Koni shocks.

You mean the skunk2 pro series full coilovers? I have them and I like them. Ride is smooth but not too bouncy.. Its that "good" bounce.

good, if you wanna be dumped i suggest function and form. they ride hella good, and still go really low.
but if they are in good shape id do the trade

Yeah there the Skunk2 Pro S Full Coilovers.

They look new... the guy said he only had them on for 4 months but he is gettin ready to deploy and his wife doesnt like the ride so he's lookin for something smoother i guess.

are the bump stops still good? they should be beige and hopefully not cut otherwise it voids the warranty

There are Pro S and Pro C coilovers... One is meant for street use and the other for track...

I have the Pro-S coilovers on my EM1 and they are a little on the bouncy side but in my opinion worth it for the performance gain... They use the same spring rates on all 92-00 civics though and I have heard that on the lighter civics they are pretty harsh... I think the extra weight of the EM1 chills them out a little bit...

Also skunk2 sells springs with different spring rates if they are too harsh or soft for your liking...

Yeah these are Pro S w/ the nonadjustable dual-tube design. And they're used for street. I did do some research just wanted to know everyones personal opinion and then weigh my options. Weight isnt a problem cuz i got a EJ8 w/ full interior.
