I have a package of BRAND NEW red ES Motor Mount Inserts that will fit 88-91 Civic/CRX, this is for the two mount positions on the passenger and driver side fender wall. The package has only been opened so i could check out the directions....

ES doesnt make them for the sides, only the front and rear, according to suspension.com because of the extra vibration breaking the body...maybe you have the prothane kit...
