just wondering how do you adjust them and what the numbers mean, and what settings do you use?

 

Low numbers are soft, the higher you go, the firmer they get. There is no correct setting, its all dependent upon what application your using it for. Start with lowest setting, and if you want firmer, just adjust the setting to a higher number until your happy.
