Ok guys i have a 1996 civic i have a 99-00 front end so i baught a foglight kit for it.Now as far as the wire's go i have a brown plug by the power button where does it plug into the fuse block or is their a wire behind the fusepanel like the 99-00 civic's?

 

There is a brown plug behind the fuse box under the dash.. I also have a 96-98,with a 99-00 front...

 

i just installed my fog lights yesturday... i have a 97 four door and converted the front end to a 00, i had a hard time with that brown wire too, it plugs into the under dash fuse box. look up on google for a picture or something but to make a long story short...it plugs into the accesories hole in the under dash fuse box.
