Icon2 02 Accord Stereo & PTO out

Recently my bro in law plugged a converter box into the PTO. It drew too much power and blew out the PTO and Stereo. I've looked at the two fuse boxes (one next to instrument panel and underhood), neither of the box diagram says anything about the stereo or PTO. However there was an ACC fuse, so I changed that one, hoping it was the accessories fuse. No luck. I have pulled every fuse and looked at them. They all look good. Can you help? Chilton and Hayes could not. There info was too vague and was elementary nonsence on how to replace a fuse. DUH!

It could also be called "Accessories"
Please do NOT put a larger valued fuse.

Good Luck!

There wasn't an Accessories, but there was an 'ACC' fuse (7.5a) so I replaced that one, still nothing. At this point, I am wondering if the electricial overdraw actually took out the stereo and PTO themselves, instead of the fuses.
