just talked to my buddy with a pnp head oversized valves, milled and he still passes no problem. he lives in Sacramento as well.
and on the off chance they do ask, just tell them the motor was rebult and you milled it because the shop reccomended you do

doesn't milled head = higher compression = more nox? just a question...

well yes. but you only mill so much,
whitch isnt going to rasie comp to much.. he only did it to make sure the head was flat.
but if you are worried about it you can alway put a thicker hg in and the should lower it right back to oe.

i doubt you will even see a half a point raise in comp. although i may be wrong.

As long as you don't weld the combustion chambers you should be ok.

When they surface a head, they usually only take a little tiny bit off. Would the cams allow more unburnt fuel to pass through, since they probably have more overlap?

Let us know how it turns out.

i thought resurfacing was to make the surface of the head flat, and milling was to bump compression? all this is confusing lol sorry
