The only one I can seem to find online is the damn universal one off of ebay, and I don't trust that ****, but i guess it's better than having nothing and messing up your spine in an accident. So what has anyone else used?

I mean, there are pics of it IN a sol, but damn, it looks better in the ****ing 4DR SEBRING than it does the sol. IDK, I just want to know I wont kill myself if I get hit.

 

THATS what i have for now. it works super good. its super stiff you couldnt break it off if you wanted to unless a 747 fell on your car.
get seats that hold the harness
or get a cage

 

they make a cage for the del sol?!? PLEASE tell me you have pics of that. I don't want it, but i HAVE to see how it's done.

 

Metal is metal, Just because it's listed on ebay doesn't mean it's instantly going to break on installation. If you're really that concerned, just check the welds, that's the only thing to be concerned about.

 

mine was super quality same as my traction bar
you can have people make roll cages. im guessing wouldnt be much of a cage though. maybe just a box of bars in the cabin.
if i had a delslow id get a racing seats the harness wouldn just throught the neck peice

Yep. Also, Pdiddy - A harness bar alone will not be very safe. To safely run a 5/6 point harness, you'd honestly need to get a proper cage, half cage, or at least a roll bar as well. Not to mention proper seats.

Most serious drivers don't recommend 4 point harnesses due to "submarine" issues. When looking at seats and harnesses, you can't look at one individual piece - the whole system (seat, harness, harness mount/cage, helmet if applicable) all need to be considered. It's a package deal, lacking or an improper selection on any one of those components can potentially have big consequences.
