aight so im lookin to boost my h22 in my 5th gen lude....i know i gotta take into consideration the suspension/brakes etc but i need a bit of information from you guys on what are good parts for the motor/block. i wanna run around 10-12psi of boost and have a budget of around 5k and wanna do this **** right. im plannin to do a complete overhaul on the whole motor. i know one of the first things i gotta do is sleeve the block so first what are some good sleeves? along with some good rods, pistons, and a nice port and polish job. one of my buddies suggested garret turbo kits but i dont know **** about good/bad turbo kits.. also i need some info on good engine management, i know this all depends on the best tune i can get... but anyway help me out guys and give me some info thanks...

i just picked up a prelude today... sweeeet! : D and i have to reach that 5 post mark before creating my own thread so i figured i'd post here first cause its kinda relevant..

2001 prelude... how much would it cost to get a new intake/headers/exhaust installed? (just looking for a rough averag estimate)
