Because you just can't trust Wikipedia, because I have lots of free time, because I'm good at it, because it's useful. That's why.
There are lots of question marks, so please help me fill in the gaps.

I've been using that site like crazy. I even made a thread a couple months ago with a link to it. The problem is, it doesn't mention the Prelude S, only the Prelude Si and Si VTEC.

Sorry, I've forgotten a lot of my Prelude trivia. It looks like you have compiled more data than I've ever known.
F22B in the JDM Si has a M2J5 gearbox with a crappy 4.0D
the USDM Prelude S has a chassis code of BA8.
The T2W4 was out of one of the high end Accords as you noted. Scott (2point6) from collective racing should know about a lot of the Accord gearbox stuff.
The Accord Torneo/SiR wagon thing was an automatic no 5-speed.
After that I got what I needed and haven't needed to research anything since. Sorry I'm not much help. I've retained more of the practical information over the names and origins of things.
